Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all industrial-grade protective wraps and garment tags are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the return at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
